AAPP/SimpleCare
SimpleCare is a program of the non-profit American Association of Patients and Providers (AAPP). In our efforts to keep health care affordable, we also strive to keep the annual cost of membership as low as possible. Annual membership for AAPP/SimpleCare is just $29 per individual or $39 per family.

care providers may join AAPP/SimpleCare
for just $125 per provider, per
year (Renewals are only $50 per provider per year).
